[trailcrew] Trail Camps

I'd suggest a wiki for the camps, so it's easy to keep up-to-date.  Maybe
with a policy of only adding statuses, so that there's a bigger set of data
that will help us learn how camps and trails wear.

Also, I'd recommend to anyone who is considering doing a WEMT.  It's
unbelievably useful knowledge, and some of the most fun four weeks you can
imagine.
